- CANCELLATION POLICY -
Cancellations will be accepted up to 30 days in advance of the workshop. There will be a $75.00 cancellation fee for each cancellation prior to
30 days.
For cancellations less than 30 days, the full amount is due for the workshop. If you cancel within two weeks of the workshop and you have booked lodging, you will be charged the full amount for the workshop and lodging. All cancellations must be in writing. If the workshop is canceled by us, all monies will be refunded.
- PAYMENTS -
Deposit payments are due with the registration and can be made by check or credit card (Day students must pay by check only). The balance due
for the lodging and workshop must be paid in full, two weeks prior to the start of the workshop.
- SUPPLIES & EQUIPMENT -
We will send you a class supply list upon receiving your enrollment form. Please bring with you a folding stool, field easel, good walking shoes
and a hat or visor for the sun. Easels & work tables will be provided in the studio. If you need to ship your gear ahead of time , please advise.

- ACCOMMODATIONS -
Stone Ridge Farm is an outstanding Inn located on a 10 acre horse farm in the heart of picturesque Bucks County, Pennsylvania, close to
major attractions. Each of our 10 rooms has a private bathroom with shower, AC, Cable TV. There are also two of the rooms, that are suites,
with whirlpool tubs at a higher rate. Some of our rooms sleep three people. A handicap equipped room is available. An outdoor Swimming Pool
is open in season.
- MEALS -
Breakfast and lunch are included. Coffee breaks are supplied. Supper is served on the evenings of check in on the five day workshops only. We will serve breakfast in our stone-walled dining room. We can accommodate dietary & religious restrictions. (You must inform us of this in
writing when you enroll.)
SKILL LEVELS
- Beginner - Limited experience in medium and subject matter.
- Intermediate - Basic knowledge of design, value, color. Has prior experience.
- Advanced - Knowledgeable &
High level of ability.
