Welcome to Stone Ridge Farm! Our Art Workshops at Stone Ridge Farm in the heart of Bucks County, Pennsylvania, offer a selection of creative art workshops in oil, acrylic, watercolor, and pastel. Study your favorite art medium in picturesque Bucks County, home of the New Hope Impressionists, with accomplished instructors who excel in their field. Our outstanding Inn is an historic converted barn, once the heart of the dairy farm of Nobel Prize-winning author Pearl S. Buck ("The Good Earth"), whose estate is just down the road. Outstanding Instructors , known for their artistic achievements, conduct these workshops. They're committed to teaching and bring a full palette of skills to the art experience here at Stone Ridge Farm. |

Bucks County is well known for its picturesque scenery and shopping: stone farm buildings, historic country Inns, river & canal views, antique shops, and fine dining. We're located a short drive from New Hope, Peddlers Village, and Doylestown with its four fabulous museums: Moravian Tile Works, Fonthill ( Henry Mercers House), Mercer Museum, and the James Michener Art Museum with an extensive collection of New Hope Impressionist paintings including Edward W. Redfield. |

| NEW YORK CITY WORKSHOPS
Enroll in one of our workshops and take theTransBridge bus from Manhattan to Dublin, PA. You will arrive at the bus stop a mile from our location. There is a bus that arrives in Dublin on Sunday at either 1:30 or 5:30 PM. We will pick you up at the bus stop. When the workshop is over on Friday at 4 PM, we will take you to the bus stop where you can catch the 5:00PM bus at back to New York City. Round Trip fares from PABT $38.30 (Seniors - $20.10) |

There are two programs:
Week-Long Workshops begin late Sunday afternoon with a "Welcome" Wine & Cheese hour. You and your classmates will enjoy breakfasts here at the Inn. Lunch and dinner will be on your own at one of the many wonderful dining places nearby. Our Art Classes meet Monday through Friday, from 9 AM until 4 PM. 3-Day Workshops begin Thursday evening with a "Welcome" Wine & Cheese hour, followed with a slide presentation by the instructor. For the next three days, classes will run from 9 AM until 4 PM, ending Sunday afternoon. You'll have breakfast here at the Inn, then be on your own for lunch and dinner at any of the excellent area restaurants. Studio available 24 hours a day, for students who wish to work after class. |
